Pirates Cove Self Storage I, II, and III provide safe, secure, affordable facilities for storing private property, whether it is for a home or business. Originally, the company began back in 1988 at the Pinckney location and has grown from offering just standard storage in one location to offering several kinds of storage options at three different facilities. In addition to standard storage, we have climate controlled units, units with lights and electricity available inside, and large RV bays that can accommodate large vehicles or large amounts of assorted property. Recently we added outside parking to our Pinckney and Ann Arbor facilities (Pirates Cove Self Storage I & II). We also offer locks and boxes for sale, along with moisture absorbers, mattress bags, packing tape, etc.
Areas We Serve And Whom We Serve
We serve customers who needs extra storage space for almost any legitimate reason. There are some common sense restrictions, like we can’t store stolen property, anything alive/dead, cans of fuel or ammunition, etc. The areas we serve can be divided into a local scale and a nationwide scale. Southeastern Michigan is our local area of service, with an emphasis on the Pinckney, Dexter/Ann Arbor, and Riverview areas. On a nationwide scale we often provide self storage services to people who are moving into/out of the state of Michigan or businesses that need a local storage base for their operations.
Our Special Offers, Promotions, And Competitive Edge
We always offer two different discounts to our customers all year round. First is that anyone who is a veteran or active service member of the US armed forces (Army, Navy, and/or Air Force) gets a 10% discount off their rental rates. The second discount is for paying in advance. Pay six months of rent in advance and get a half month free, or pay a year in advance and get a whole month free. For example, if a customer pays for their first eleven months of rent in advance, their twelfth month will be free.
